2. Mitä tietoja käsittelemme
Kuriirihakemus. Nimi, puhelinnumero ja sähköposti sekä vapaaehtoisesti antamasi tiedot: kaupunki, ajoneuvo ja sen rekisterinumero, kuva ajokortista ja ajoneuvosta sekä viestisi. Kuva ajokortista tarvitaan, jos haet ajamaan autolla tai pakettiautolla.
Maksutiedot (vapaaehtoinen lisävaihe). Tapa, jolla sinulle maksetaan; yrittäjiltä yrityksen nimi, Y-tunnus ja ALV-tunnus; verokortilla työskenteleviltä henkilötunnus ja verokortti; lisäksi osoite, tilinumero (IBAN) ja tarvittaessa oleskelulupakortin kuvat.
Yhteydenotto (asiakkaat). Nimi, sähköposti, vapaaehtoisesti puhelinnumero ja yritys, kaupunki, tarpeen toistuvuus ja kuvaus tarpeesta.
Henkilötunnusta kysytään vain verokortilla työskenteleviltä, koska sitä tarvitaan palkanmaksuun ja verottajalle tehtäviin ilmoituksiin (tietosuojalaki 29 §). Se tallennetaan erikseen, ja sen näkevät vain ne harvat henkilöt, jotka hoitavat palkanmaksua.
3. Käyttötarkoitus ja oikeusperuste
- Kuriirihakemukset: hakemuksen käsittely ja yhteistyön aloittaminen kanssasi. Peruste: sopimusta edeltävät toimenpiteet pyynnöstäsi (EU:n tietosuoja-asetus, 6 artiklan 1 kohdan b alakohta).
- Maksutiedot: maksaminen sinulle ja lakisääteiset velvoitteet, kuten verottajalle ja tulorekisteriin tehtävät ilmoitukset ja oleskeluluvan tarkistaminen. Peruste: sopimus (b alakohta) ja lakisääteinen velvoite (c alakohta).
- Yhteydenotot: pyyntöösi vastaaminen ja tarjouksen tekeminen. Peruste: oikeutettu etumme vastata yhteydenottoihin ja hoitaa asiakassuhteita (6 artiklan 1 kohdan f alakohta) sekä sopimusta edeltävät toimenpiteet pyynnöstäsi (b alakohta).
4. Säilytysaika
- Jos kuriirihakemus ei johda yhteistyöhön, poistamme hakemuksen ja sen liitteet 6 kuukauden kuluessa.
- Jos aloitamme yhteistyön, tietoja säilytetään yhteistyön ajan ja sen jälkeen niin kauan kuin laki edellyttää (esim. kirjanpitoaineisto).
- Yhteydenoton tiedot poistetaan 2 vuoden kuluttua viimeisestä yhteydenpidosta, jos asiakassuhdetta ei synny.
5. Kuka tietoja käsittelee
Tietoja käsittelevät vain ne Indulge Oy:n työntekijät, jotka tarvitsevat niitä tehtävissään. Tiedot tallennetaan Indulge Oy:n sisäiseen järjestelmään, jonka tietokanta- ja tiedostopalvelun tarjoaa Supabase. Verkkosivujen ylläpitäjä on Netlify ja sähköpostipalvelu Google Workspace. Palveluntarjoajat käsittelevät tietoja vain meidän lukuumme. Emme myy tai luovuta tietoja markkinointiin.
Jos tietoja käsitellään EU:n tai ETA:n ulkopuolella, siirto perustuu Euroopan komission hyväksymiin vakiosopimuslausekkeisiin tai komission tietosuojan riittävyyspäätökseen.
6. Tietojen suojaus
Lomakkeet lähetetään salattua yhteyttä pitkin. Liitteet säilytetään yksityisessä tallennustilassa, johon pääsee vain kirjautunut ja oikeutettu henkilökunta. Lomakkeet eivät käytä evästeitä.
7. Oikeutesi
Sinulla on oikeus saada pääsy tietoihisi, oikaista ne, pyytää niiden poistamista tai käsittelyn rajoittamista, vastustaa käsittelyä oikeutetun edun perusteella sekä siirtää antamasi tiedot järjestelmästä toiseen. Lähetä pyyntö osoitteeseen info@indulge.fi. Vastaamme kuukauden kuluessa.
Jos katsot, että tietojasi käsitellään lainvastaisesti, voit tehdä valituksen tietosuojavaltuutetun toimistolle (tietosuoja.fi).
Emme tee tietojesi perusteella automaattisia päätöksiä emmekä profiloi.

2. What we process
Courier application. Your name, phone number and email, plus anything you choose to add: city, vehicle and registration number, photos of your driver's licence and vehicle, and your message. A photo of your driver's licence is needed if you apply to drive a car or van.
Payment details (optional extra step). How you will be paid; for entrepreneurs the company name, business ID and VAT number; for tax-card workers the personal identity code and tax card; plus address, bank account (IBAN) and, where relevant, photos of your residence permit card.
Contact request (customers). Your name and email, optionally your phone number and company, the city, how often you need deliveries and a description of your need.
We ask for the personal identity code only from people paid with a tax card, because it is needed to pay you and for reports to the Tax Administration (Finnish Data Protection Act, section 29). It is stored separately and only the few people who handle pay can see it.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Courier applications: handling your application and starting to work with you. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Payment details: paying you and our legal obligations, such as reports to the Tax Administration and the Incomes Register and checking residence permits. Basis: contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
- Contact requests: answering you and making an offer. Basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and managing customer relationships (Article 6(1)(f)) and steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
4. How long we keep it
- If an application does not lead to working together, we delete it and its attachments within 6 months.
- If we start working together, we keep the details for as long as we work together and afterwards as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting records).
- Contact request details are deleted 2 years after our last contact if no customer relationship follows.
5. Who handles it
Only Indulge Oy staff who need the details for their work can see them. The details are stored in Indulge Oy's internal system, whose database and file storage are provided by Supabase. The website is hosted by Netlify and email by Google Workspace. These providers process the details only on our behalf. We never sell your details or pass them on for marketing.
Where details are processed outside the EU/EEA, the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. Security
The forms are sent over an encrypted connection. Attachments are kept in private storage that only signed-in, authorised staff can open. The forms do not use cookies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your details, have them corrected, ask for them to be deleted or their processing restricted, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive the details you gave us in a portable format. Send your request to info@indulge.fi. We reply within one month.
If you believe your details are processed unlawfully, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
We make no automated decisions and do no profiling based on your details.
